Meet Our Team
The Peachtree Creek team is comprised of compassionate and caring clinicians, including physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, all of whom work under the direction of your private physician. Our entire staff of dedicated professionals treats all patients and residents holistically, engaging them physically, mentally and spiritually to help maintain physical function, self-esteem and emotional well-being.

Executive Director
I hail from Ohio the first midwestern state. I grew up surrounded by seniors in my family and community and have always had a great love for seniors. I have worked in the healthcare field for over two decades with most of those years working with seniors. I am a licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator in Virginia and Georgia, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner and truly love working with residents with cognitive challenges. I have lived in Georgia since 2010 and previously worked at Peachtree Creek and was honored when the opportunity arose to rejoin the Peachtree Creek family. I enjoy working with our corporate team and community managers to bring our residents exceptional service each day.
Chandra Parks, RN
Health & Wellness Director
I joined Peachtree Creek in 2021 after a yearlong travel assignment to help with the pandemic. I have been a Registered Nurse since 1998 and am a Georgia Peach. As a child, I wanted to be a nurse. I have three sons and five grandchildren. For fun, I love to cook and travel. I am very passionate about caring for those living with dementia. My compassion comes from caring for my grandparents who both had late-stage Alzheimer’s disease. My belief is that we should care for elders as we would our own family.
Tarey Smith
Dining Service Director
I was born in Atlanta, GA. I started at Peachtree Creek in 2008 as the Dining Service Director. I love interacting with our residents and enjoy bringing smiles to their faces with my cooking and jokes. I believe in going above and beyond to meet the needs of our residents, which includes assisting with the upkeep of the building, helping residents through difficult moments, supporting staff, and playing barber for our male residents. I have worked managing corporate kitchens and have owned my own catering business. I am an accomplished “food artist,” making food sculptures for special events. I have three children, a boy and two girls who I adore. I enjoy playing and watching sports in my free time.
Tia Hagans
Activities Director
I was raised in New Orleans, LA, and evacuated to Georgia during Hurricane Katrina. I worked in market research before discovering a deep passion for working with the senior population. Since 2005, I have worked in skilled nursing and assisted living/memory care as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and Certified Activities Director. I’ve assisted in opening a brand-new assisted living community in Buckhead and have been responsible for the overall planning and implementation of various activity programs designed to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our seniors. I also have experience in overseeing volunteer programs.
Kelly Holden
Maintenance Director
I am from Cooperstown, ND. I have been at Peachtree Creek since 2010 and love helping our residents and the sense of accomplishment when a project is completed. For fun, I enjoy gaming and figuring out how stuff works. Fun fact, I met my wife at Peachtree Creek, and we were married at the community with the residents as guests.
Suzette Deneus
Care Coordinator
I am from Haiti and have worked at Peachtree Creek since 2007. I love taking care of our residents and families. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Aide, and now Care Coordinator. In my free time, I like to travel.
Valerie Allen
Activities Assistant
I have worked at Peachtree Creek since 2018. My heart goes into everything that I do, and the residents are truly my family. I have a special connection to those living with dementia and love being able to help support them through challenging moments. I believe in meeting our residents where they are emotionally, spiritually, and physically, and there is nothing I will not do to create a loving and fun environment for them. I also really enjoy working with families and putting them at ease.
Essie Biddle
Office Manager
I am from Detroit, MI. I have been at Peachtree Creek since 2011, and our residents are my family. I have worked as a caregiver, as a Lead Concierge, and now Office Manager. I was raised by my Grandmother and helped care for my Great Grandmother, which is why I have always been drawn to support elders. Fun fact, I love the Detroit Lions and Mickey Mouse.
